At Quantivoro Electronics Inc., we strive for seamless automation. You may return your IoT devices within 30 days of delivery. We highly recommend contacting our Technical Support Team first to resolve any connectivity or configuration issues.
2. Return Eligibility
- Original Condition: Items must be in “like-new” condition with original packaging and all accessories.
- Data Clearance: All devices must be factory reset and unbound from any personal or corporate accounts prior to return.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Activated software licenses or cloud subscription services.
- Custom-configured automation scripts or bespoke mounting hardware.
4. One-Year Limited Warranty
Beyond the return period, Quantivoro provides a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by improper installation, power surges, or unauthorized modifications.
